Stepping Up

I was presented with a new way of seeing a (biblical) law.

Maybe not exactly new, but the perspective was so separate. I wouldn't encounter this way of seeing things if I stayed within my own shell.

like how I am now a General Manager for my church's summer camp.

And I got to church by driving.

Lately, the things I talk with people have so little small talk.

Feels real natural.

I answer with a nod and vague stare at a pointless complaint.

No joke, hearing a selfish comment like 'Dude, my phone is so annoying. It doesn't show the comments on FB pictures. They NEED to get this fixed'.

Me: People should have bigger worries that FB comments. So, no comment.
