10,000 Thank Yous

There's this thing my friend is doing where she is going to write down 10,000 Thank Yous to God in a year.
I'm not doing that.
But I think it would be nice to put some things down. It'll help me remember and be more appreciative.

1. I'm really happy that when I play sports, I haven't badly injured somebody for the past 2 years. Like when I played air-hockey and almost hit a bystander with my paddle, thankfully it was just almost.
2. Living at Alder house, it might not be as lively as last year, but it's a very good environment and house.
3. Having friends that have similar beliefs as me.
4. Having friends who encourage me to tag along for get-togethers.
5. Being in a work environment where everybody recognizes me as different, and respects me for it.

6. Being able to have access to the grocery store, and have a working kitchen.
7. Having the ability to eat. And eat more than I need to.
8. Having a good digestive system.
9. Having a room and bed, a place that's for myself.
10. Having access to money, something that others do not have.

11. My family, and the comfort they give me.
12. My mother, who is getting old but still supports me.
13. Having a past that has made me into who I am. I sure could have turned out much worse.
14. Having access to technology.
15. Have the ability to enjoy music. (I feel like I am more musical than the majority of people, maybe, I dunno).

16. Having my body intact, and never received any life-long injuries (that I know of).
17. Having access to all 5 sense.
18. Thankful, that I have the ability to forget to appreciate because I have so much. Cause that means that I have just so much given to me.
19. The ability to be thankful, cause without it.... I would miss out on so much wisdom.
20. Sleep.

I am also making another crockpot meal.
A pork roast (shoulder cut).
Seasoned with roasted pepper and garlic, plus honey.
Along with minced red onions, carrots, and potatoes.

Only thing is that I may have added a bit too much water, hopefully it steam off by tonight.
I shall see my creation tomorrow morning.

Oh, and I've also been trying to find the chili I like.
I've gone through 2 experimentations, and I think I've got a pretty good idea.
There's this nice feeling when I eat something I've prepared myself.
It feels even better when I actually make it, but crockpot's the way to go for saving time.
Like 1 pot of chili....
I want to use the correct spelling.

Like 1 pot of chile lasts me for a week.
Good thing I don't mind eating the same thing everyday.
Though I did try to make a chile omelet, mmm, it's not near perfection yet.
