An Imaginary Team

Ninjask:
1. Extreme Speed
2. Shadow Ball
3. Camouflage
4. Sleep Powder

For Reconnaissance Missions.
Usually sent out first to scout. (equipped with Camouflage)
Can engage in light battle.
Combinations:
-Extreme Speed + Shadow Ball: By shooting a Shadow Ball in another direction while using Extreme Speed in the opposing direction, it can confuse the opponent momentarily. Ninjask can use this time to escape.
-Extreme Speed + Sleep Powder: If Ninjask is being pursued, it may either zip around leaving Sleep Powder, or use the Sleep Powder to stall for time.

Metang:
1. Dizzy Punch
2. Zap Cannon
3. Telekinesis
4. Psychic

For Intelligence Missions:
Will stay back and use it's Psychic powers to communicate between team members. It may detach it's arms as Beldums, allowing communication between 2 other members and Metang. This is used when other members will travel at long distances, which makes regular Psychic weaker.
These Beldums can also act as 'eyes' which give an even larger range of coverage.
In it's detached form, Metang is susceptible to attacks as it's main weapons are associated with it's Beldum arms.
Combinations:
-None
Options:
-By Beldum can track and contain a subject through Dizzy Punch.
-By using teamwork, Metang can use Zap Cannon effectively through positioning enemies in a triangle between 2 Beldums and Metang's body.

Ditto:
1. Transform.
For Jack-of-all-Trades:
Through the use of a well compiled Pokedex, Ditto can assume the form of any Pokemon captured by the trainer.
Because of this fact, Ditto will usually stay by the trainer with the Pokedex.
The trainer can assign any possible moves within the Transfromed Pokemon's movelist, as Ditto's movelist.
Using Ditto's expansive anatomy, Ditto can contain a target through deception (example: as a backpack, or Pokeball).
Ditto would the ideal choice out of the team, to be allowed to escape and for future recuperation.
Blaziken:
1. Blaze Kick
2. Sky Uppercut
3. Focus Energy
4. Mirror Move
For Close Combat Missions:
Blaziken will usually stay by the trainer's side, making use of it's powerful and versatile moveset.
Combinations:
1. Blaze Kick + Sky Uppercut: While using Blaze Kick while standing, Blaziken can rocket through the air using one leg while the other can before movement. Therefore Sky Uppercut can be used from any direction.
Options:
-Focus Energy will raise the chances of getting a critical hit, while providing Levitation and a mental defense against Psychic attacks.
-When against a bad type matchup, Blaziken can use the opponents own moves against them by making light contact with the opponents attack.

As a trainer, some decision I will make, is to release all Pokemon that I won't be using in a mission. I won't be using them much, and they will probably prefer to be in the wild.
Having a team of 4 instead of the usual 6 is more suitable when bringing along extra food is not always a good idea. (that's why I took Gyarados out, she would have been in Water Transportation/Seige division.)
But I can use Metang's Levitation to bring me across waters, just not as fast. Or Ditto can use Transform if needed be.
Okay, I am not sure if Metang can use Zap Cannon, but I really wanted to a strong Electric attack. Maybe I could replace that with Flash Cannon.
How about Ditto transforming into myself, while containing Ninjask within it, and it can inflitrate while having the option to escape and Ninjask can do recon?

I do this ALL the time?
But I decided to type this one out because I didn't want to always think about it.
